is drilled/polished "I Beam" Front Axle, drilled/plated
Split Wishbones, Knee Action Shocks, 40 Ford "Juice"
brakes, drilled/plated brake backing plates and more.
Out back rests a "Halibrand" Quick Change Differential
with 3.78:1 rear gears, polished center housing, "Pete &
Jakes" 4 Bar/Ladder Bar, Buggy Spring, Chrome Tube
Shocks, 56 Ford drum brakes and drilled/plated backing
plates...
Power under the hood is a finely tuned 327 Chevy fitted
with "Double Hump" cylinder heads, polished aluminum
intake manifold with 600 CFM AFB carburetor, early
Corvette Valve Covers w/breathers, Electronic Ignition,
Ram Horn Headers, dual Glass Pack exhaust, Matteson
Radiator, Chrome High Amp Alternator and more. Power is
transferred thru a fun to handle Borg Warner T-10
Corvette 4 Speed Transmission, Hurst Shifter, Hays
Flywheel & 10 1/2" performance clutch...
The sheet metal consists of an original Ford Roadster
Pick Up cab modified & scratch built bed by Ron Batson,
Custom aluminum hood & hood-sides, Satin Black
acrylic enamel sprayed by Jesse Elizalde & Jimmy Schoen,
pinstriped by Bob McCoy, 34 Ford Commercial Headlights
and 37 Ford Tail-lights...
