Oh Yes~! A sweet combination of Henry Steel, Old Skool
Style, Modern Components and Professional Craftsmanship.
Starting with an original Henry steel cab, the owner & "Kenny's Rod
Shop" of Boise Idaho created a beautiful 1 off
classic pick-up that is sure to get your attention. Done Right...
The cab's tall factory lid was Chopped a comfortable 4"
inches, the elimination of the standard under seat fuel
tank allowed for a traditional 4.5" inch Channel, now
adding a bit more leg room, the Cowl was modestly
Stretched 1.5' inches, Suicided doors for easy access
and a 32 Ford Grill Shell.. Covering the rear section is
a reproduction steel Ford Model A Pick-Up Bed (Pecan &
Walnut Floor). Obviously, this process alone
took hundred's of quality man hours and they weren't
done...
Let's dig a little deeper, during the above process a
new "SAC" Hot
Rod Products of Orange, California" chassis was
sitting and waiting for mock-up and completion. Once the
tedious task of mating the components were complete, the
chassis was shipped out for Powder Coating before being
fitted with it's "Heidt’s Superide" Front suspension,
Rack-N-Pinion Steering, Four Bar rear suspension, 4
corner billet Coil-Over Shocks and FOUR Wheel Disc
Brakes. Rolling on Powder Coated 15" Wire Wheels wrapped
in Radial Rubber. Fun to Handle...
Residing between these rails is an "early Corvette
dressed" 327 Chevrolet V8, 4BBl Edelbrock Aluminum
Intake/Carb, H.E.I. Ignition, Headers w/Dual Exhaust,
Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission and Ford 8" Rear
Differential. Built to be smooth...
Now
hop inside to some very nice interior duds by well known
Boise Threadmaster "Chip Knight", fine grade leather
seating,
two tone door panels leather/vinyl (match headliner), GM tilt
steering column, leather wrapped steering wheel, Lokar
Shifter & E-Brake, overhead compartments with Stereo Tuner/CD/USB port and full instrumentation with "Haneline" black face
gauges... |
