Rocket 88, Super and of course most of them were
propelled by Super Rocket Power... In fact, it

1952 brought
a new milestone for Oldsmobile, Industry ranked at 4th
with model/calendar year production settled at 228,452.
Of those, Only 5,162 Super Eighty Eight (Mdl
S88-53-3667TDX) Convertibles were produced... Indeed, Special
years for Oldsmobile history and this car. Lets Rocket On and
"Rip It Up"...
This particular rare S-88 convertible specimen sports an
extensive cosmetic restoration that has been well
maintained, runs extremely well and drives as good as it
looks. It's overall uniqueness is further enhanced by
several special options such as a "Self Winding Steering
Wheel Mounted Car Watch", Dash Mounted "Compass",
"6 Tube
Deluxe Radio" (converted to AM/FM) and more... The exterior is
Royal
Turquoise Poly
complemented by a black top with dark red piping to
match the deep maroon "High End" leather interior
upholstery. The interior leather, dash and carpets are
very nice and the engine compartment is fully restored
and appears period correct. The chrome is of high-point
caliber, panel fit is good and the body is rock solid...
