California "Black Plate" car purchased at Wayne Stead
Cadillac of Walnut Creek, California on 6-25-1953 (see core support
delivery insert card photo) The current owner purchased
it from the "original" 80 year young owner who "verbally
stated" that the miles were actual yet it is sold as
exempt. Stunning in it's presence, it had obviously been
well mechanically cared for and had been cosmetically
restored
including all chrome, paint, undercarriage and engine
compartment. Not over-restored, just right...
Items perfected by the current owner include the correct
replacement of the Cadillac medallion cloth to the
existing gray leather components and new gray carpet to
complete the already beautiful interior. It's original
radio was converted to AM/FM stereo with foot selector
switch. New General Wide White Dual 90 tires with
Cadillac wire wheels...
