Description |
Here's a great sleeper for ya... We all know that 60's American cars were all about muscle and horsepower. Other than the Cutlass 4-4-2 option that added a performance and handling package, not as much fanfare went into the recognition of other Oldsmobile models. Smart buyers looking for performance and luxury would take a better look at the Starfire's statistics... Quietly stepping into the ring and ready to fight was this potently powered starship boasting Olds highest available and way "under-rated 370HP" 425ci 4bbl V8 w/10.25:1 Ultra High Compression, T-Stick controlled Hydramatic, Bucket Seats w/console mounted Tachometer and throaty "Side Exit" dual exhaust. Only 2% of Oldsmobile's total production and uniquely rare "Luxury-Muscle"... This car was originally assembled in Southgate California, the original factory color was Provincial White and it is now refinished in Pearl White. The interior is the "Original" un-restored blue vinyl & leather combination with the exception of the rear package tray that has been recovered in the same pattern as the seats. All trim and ornaments are exceptionally nice originals, the bumpers have been re-chromed and the wheels have been updated to McLean Chrome Wire Wheels with radial tires... In Closing, a good solid 60's "Luxury Muscle" car that's ready to go! Study the 60+ photos, read below & bid with confidence! SOLD TO NEW JERSEY
