Hertz Rent-A-Racer program while setting the stage for the
re-birth of the 2nd Generation of Shelby modified
Mustangs, was
truly an historic event. What made it even better, is
the very limited production run of
Only 500 Hertz GT-H Mustangs.
As these limited production units left Hertz with
generally low miles and hit the Ford Factory dealer only
auction block, retail demand soared and often exceeded the
factory sticker by more than double. Many of them were
driven and enjoyed while limited vehicles such as this,
retain under 10k miles...
Purchased by the current and "First Retail Owner" on
02/09/07 with just under 9,500 miles at Hemborg Ford of
Norco, California with complete Ford/Shelby documentation
including laminated original window sticker $28,490.00

In closing, it should be noted that this specific purchase
by the current owner on 02/09/07 was to create a nostalgic and/or
strategic partner to their 1966 Shelby Hertz GT350-H that
was receiving a professional rotisserie restoration at the
time. Both vehicles are currently available for sale and
